Daywise Itinerary
Day 1. Guwahati Airport/ Kamakhya railway station to Bhalukpong
On your arrival at Guwahati airport / Kamakhya railway station our representative will receive you and transfer you to your respective hotel in Bhalukpong which is approx 5-6hr (262km.) Bhalukpong is located in west kameng district and it is known for its serene environment and beautiful landscapes.
Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.
Day 2. Bhalukpong to Dirang Transfer
Today we will proceed towards Dirang which is approx 3-4hr (129 km). Dirang is the land of the Monpa tribe. The small village is the best place for nature lovers and travel enthusiasts and offers the best view of surrounding valleys, rivers, and mountains.
⦁ It is also famous for its sheep breeding farms, natural hot springs and apple orchards. On the way visit these famous attractions;
⦁ Sessa Orchid Sanctuary Dirang dzong

Day 3. Dirang to Tawang Transfer via Sela Pass
Today we will check-out from the and proceed towards Tawang which is approx 4-5 hr (139km). Tawang is renowned for its beautiful landscapes, Snow capped mountains, Lush greens.
⦁ On the way we will visit sela pass. It is Situated at an elevation of 13,700 feet one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Sela Pass has snow-covered mountains throughout the year making it the must-visit place of Arunachal Pradesh.
Day 4. Tawang to PTSO Lake, Bumla Pass and Madurai Lake
Today will explore the famous attractions of Tawang which include;
⦁ PTSO Lake: Pangang Teng Tso Lake is located on the way to Bum La Pass in the Tawang district of Arunachal Pradesh, near the Indo-China border.
⦁ Bumla Pass: Bumla Pass is located at a high altitude in Tawang close to the China border. It is situated at 5,300 m (17,400 above sea level. Visitors have to pay Rs 5500 for a permit to visit.
⦁ Madurai Lake: This lake is a famous spot for photography and sightseeing. Madhuri lake is named after the Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit.
Note: To visit Bumla, you need to get a special permit and need to hire a different vehicle. Permit charge 5500/- for a cab.

Day 5.Tawang to Bomdila Transfer
Today move towards Bomdila 5 h 51 min (171.3 km). On the way visit some attractions of Tawang.
⦁ The Tawang monastery- The Tawang monastery was founded by the Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso, following the wishes of the 5th Dalai Lama, Nagwang Lobsang Gyatso, and has an interesting legend surrounding its name, which means “Chosen by Horse”.
⦁ War Memorial –Tawang War Memorial, has a structure constructed in stupa design. Dedicated to the martyrs of the Sino-India War, this memorial is nestled among beautiful peaks, which overlook the Tawang-Chu valley.
⦁ Nuranang Falls – The height of the waterfall is 100 meters; it is believed that the waterfall is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in India, yet is unknown to many travelers.

Day 6. Bomdila to Kaziranga Transfer
Today will proceed towards Kaziranga which is approx 5 h 36 min (204.4 km). Kaziranga is famous for One horned rhino, Wild buffaloes, tiger and many other species. Kaziranga is a mix of grassland, dense forest and swamp. One can watch Kaziranga Sandhya, a euphoric cultural extravaganza where Assamese people show their folk dance like Bihu, the traditional dance of Assam.
Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 7. Explore Kaziranga National Park – Transfer to Guwahati
Today will indulge ourselves with safari:
⦁ Elephant Safari: One can experience elephant safari with trained elephants.Most advantage of elephant safari is availability to approach close to nature and it starts around 6am – 8am and in afternoon 3pm-5pm. One can witness one horned rhino, wild water buffaloes and tiger.
⦁ Jeep Safari: Explore the wildlife of Assam and witness the pride of Assam’s one-horned Rhino, elephant, swamp deer, buffalo, and different species of birds. The price for the safari is payable on the spot.
After the safari will proceed towards Guwahati. Guwahati is a buzzing city of Assam. It serves the largest educational institute, important culture and pilgrimage site.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 8. Drop at Guwahati Airport
Check out by late morning or early afternoon, depending on your flight timing, your driver will transfer you to Airport in Guwahati where the tour ends with lots of memories made on the tour.
