Daywise Itinerary
Day 1. Arrival And Transfer To Gangtok
The closest station to Sikkim, is New Jalpaiguri Station/Bagdogra Airport/Pakyong Airport, is where the guests will arrive. From there, our representative will greet them and help them to get towards Gangtok. On the way, you will get to see the beautiful rivers like Teesta river, and mesmerizing mountain views.
Teesta River Teesta river rises in Sikkim from the Himalayas, it is an important river that also provides optional river rafting experiences that guests can participate at their own cost on early arrival.
Day 2. Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake to Gangtok
Today we will explore the following gem of the Gangtok a heart of the state;
⦁ Flower Exhibition Center – A greenhouse of different varieties of Himalayan flowers of Sikkim.
⦁ Ganesh Tok – The temple is built in the name of God Ganesha. You can get the majestic view of Gangtok city.
⦁ Hanuman Tok – The temple was built in the name of God Hanuman. It is believed to be a wish-fulfilling temple.
⦁ View Point – Famous for the majestic view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Try traditional dresses.
⦁ Ropeway – The must-try gem of Gangtok for the aerial view of Gangtok city.
⦁ Chorten stupa – One of the most important Stupa of Gangtok for the locals for the peaceful surroundings and prayers.
⦁ Institute of Tibetology – The Tibetan Institute has detailed books on Tibetan cultures and Buddhism.
⦁ Bakthang Waterfalls – A beautiful waterfall for scenic views and photo opportunities.
⦁ Banjhakri waterfalls – A natural waterfall of Gangtok for scenic views and some interesting activities like lip line and high rope.

Day 3. Gangtok Sightscene
On day two the visitors will have an exciting day trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. The journey takes about 40 to 50 minutes from Gangtok city which is about 41 Kilometres. It is a must visit place after reaching Gangtok which is one of the main attractions for which people visit this place. Baba Mandir which is also nearby is another often visited place in Gangtok.
⦁ Tsomgo Lake – Tsongmo Lake is one of the main tourist attractions in Gangtok Sikkim. It is a high altitude glacial lake which provides its visitors with scenic beauty and a serene environment. Other activities like Yak ride, Ropeway can be done at your own cost.
⦁ Baba Mandir – It is a shrine built by the Indian Army to give tribute to the brave soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh making an exemplary contribution to the Indian Army. These Shrines have spiritual significance to its locals .
⦁ Nathula pass – Nathula pass is an optional point for the visitors. It is an Indo-China. Border located at an altitude of 4310 meters from the mean sea level. It is one of the important passes between India and China and to go there you need to have permission from the authorities.
Day 4. Gangtok to Lachen
Today, we will head towards Lachen which is located in the Northern district of Sikkim. It is located at a distance of nearly 125 km away and takes almost 5-6 hours to reach.
On the way to Lachen, we can visit and expect many wonderful things like:
⦁ Butterfly waterfalls: This beautiful waterfall is an eye catcher spot while going to Lachen. Please note if incase due to some natural calamities we have to take another route then instead of Butterfly waterfalls Seven Sister waterfalls will be covered.
Day 5. Lachen to Gurudongmar Lake to Lachung
Today, we will explore some mind-blowing spots in Lachen which includes:
⦁ Gurudongmar Lake: Located at an altitude of 17,800 ft, Gurudongmar Lake is one of the prime location in Lachen. Its crystal clear water which changes its form to frozen water during the winter season is just amazing. This gorgeous holy lake is beautifully decorated with breathtaking mountains and valleys making it look even more alluring.
⦁ Kalapathar (Optional): One of the only locations in Lachen where we may witness snow almost throughout the year. This location is appealingly decorated with black rocks as the name itself says Kalapathar which means Black rock in Hindi.

Day 6. Lachung to Yumthang to Gangtok
For the third day the guests can visit local places which have cultural as well as spiritual significance for the people of Sikkim. These local sightseeing includes various waterfalls, Temples and Monasteries namely:
⦁ Flower Exhibition Centre – it displays different types of flowers from different parts of Sikkim showcasing the richness of the Sikkim’s flora. Visitors who are nature lovers will enjoy this place especially during the spring season.
⦁ Bakthang Waterfalls – This Natural waterfall is near to Gangtok city, it takes almost 20 minutes to reach .
⦁ Ganesh Tok – This temple has been built for the religious purpose which also offers the visitors the view of snow-capped mountains.
⦁ Hanuman Tok –It is Managed by the Indian Army. This place has a religious and spiritual significance. This place also offers the view of the Kanchenjunga range.
⦁ Ropeway – The guests can also have an adventurous ride in the ropeway offering a beautiful view of Gangtok city.
⦁ Chorten Stupa – It is the most recognisable monastery in Gangtok. This place has a spiritual significance for the locals and for the monks.
⦁ Namgyal Institute of Tibetology – It is Located near Chorten Stupa, it is a Museum which has the ancient scripts and pictures of Tibetans which has a historical significance to the Tibetans.
⦁ Banjhakri Waterfalls – It displays the documents of traditional shamanic healers who worship spirits living in caves.
⦁ Handicraft Centre – Handicraft Centre in Gangtok offers traditional arts and artefacts having historical significance to the people of Sikkim.
⦁ Tashi View Point – from this point the guests can see the mesmerizing beauty of Mount Kanchenjunga and also enjoy the views of sunset and sunrise on a clear day
Day 7.Gangtok to Pelling Via Namchi
After breakfast Drive to Pelling Via Namchi visit to Samdrupste Hill is 7000 ft high hill, located at a distance of 5 km from Namchi. The meaning of Samdrupste, in the Bhutia language, is ‘the wish fulfilling hill’. Char Dham is a pilgrimage destination situated at Solophok Hill, which is at a distance of about 5 km from Namchi Town and then visit The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district, Sikkim,India. It was constructed in 2006-13 and features a 130-foot high statue of Buddha as its centerpiece then drive towards Pelling.

Day 8. Pelling Sightscene
Today you will explore the hidden gem of Pelling which includes;
⦁ Pemayatse Monastery – The oldest monastery of Sikkim, it holds important religious importance for the people of Sikkim. It offers a majestic view of the Himalayas.
⦁ Rabdentse Ruins – The ruins of the first palace of Chogyal of Sikkim. It has beautiful and well-maintained gardens and a beautiful view of the Himalayas.
⦁ Skywalks- The first glass walk of India and has the tallest statue of Chenrezig.
⦁ Kanchenjunga waterfalls- The beautiful waterfall directly originated from Mt. Kanchenjunga.
⦁ Rimbi waterfalls- A beautiful waterfall of Pelling with a scenic view valley of Pelling.
⦁ Darap Village – A beautiful village in Pelling surrounded by green mountains. The colorful houses are made in a Sikkimese style.
⦁ Khecheopalri Lake- The sacred lake worshipped by Buddhists and Hindus, it is believed to be the wish-fulfilling lake of Sikkim.
⦁ Sanga Choeling Monastery – One of the oldest monasteries of Sikkim has the best view of the green mountains of Pelling.

Day 9. Pelling to Kalimpong transfer
Your trip to Sikkim ends here, today you will be transferred to Kalimpong, West Bengal. Kalimpong is one of the most beautiful places to add some flavors to your majestic trip. Famous for its scenic view and beautiful valleys. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 10. Kalimpong Sightscene and darjeeling transfer
Today we will explore the beautiful hill station of Kalimpong which includes;
⦁ Dr. Graham’s House – A missionary school in Kalimpong, famous for its scenic beauty.
⦁ Lord Buddha statue – A large statue of Lord Buddha that symbolizes peace and enlightenment.
⦁ Sherpa Viewpoint – A viewpoint famous for breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset.
⦁ Durga Mandir – A temple of Goddess Durga famous for its vibrant festivals.
⦁ Deolo Hill – A famous hill of Kalimpong famous for its breathtaking views and a prime spot for picnics and paragliding.
⦁ Thongsa Gumpa – The oldest Bhutanese monastery famous for peaceful meditation.
⦁ Pine View Nursery – A famous nursery of Kalimpong. It has large varieties of cacti and succulents and is the best place for botany enthusiasts.
After that drive towards Darjeeling and Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 11. Darjeeling Local Sightscene
Today, we will be visiting all the major attraction of Darjeeling which includes:
⦁ Tiger Hill: Early morning around 4 am, we will visit Tiger Hill which is mainly famous for its stunning sunrise view. The clear view of Mt. Kanchendzonga can also be seen from here and if you are lucky enough then you can also witness the view of Mt. Everest.
⦁ Ghoom Monastery: An oldest monastery in Darjeeling, which is mainly famous for its 15 feet statue of Maitreya Buddha.
⦁ Batasia Loop: It is actually a spiral railway loop and in the middle of it stands a Gorkha war memorial. Here, one can also take some pictures with their loved one in the traditional attire.
⦁ Peace Pagoda: It is a Buddhist Stupa, a white monument to inspire peace.
⦁ Japanese Temple: Temple built in Japanese style. A place to seek inner peace.
⦁ Outer View of Tea Garden: It’s a valley filled with Tea Plantation.
⦁ Padma Naidu Zoological Park: Specially known for breeding programmed animals such as red pandas, snow leopard, Tibetan wolf and many other endangered species.
⦁ Himalayan Mountaineering Institute: It is a museum where you will get to see the artifacts, manuscript, books and equipment related to the people of Himalayas and mountaineering.
⦁ Tenzing & Gumpo Rock: It’s a rock climbing spot; basically named after famous rock climbers of the state, Tenzing Norgay and Nawang Gumbo.
⦁ Ropeway: This cable car ride will show the whole view of Darjeeling.
⦁ Tibetan Refugee Centre: An emergency relief Centre for the Tibetans.
Day 12. Transfer To Bagdogra/NJP
On the last day of the journey the visitors will prepare for their adieu with our representative making sure to give them a comfortable departure. We will safely drop you to the respective places either Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Station.
